Special Members Meeting

The notice has already been posted for this meeting. There are two items on the agenda. Only the first requires a vote. The first is a vote to approve the transfer of the balance of the First Congregational Church Restoration fund into the new account opened for the new non-profit: “34 Walnut Street Church Restoration Fund.” The Board of Directors of the non-profit consist of three members of FCC and we will answer any questions at the meeting. The second item is a discussion on the status of the project to replace the shingles and the covering for all the flat roofs (pitched and non-pitched) on the FCC building. It is possible the work will begin around the time of the meeting. Again, three of us will answer any questions at the meeting.
