Lesson 75: Living by the Moral Order
Psalm 83 – Most circumstances and choices involve moral issues. The world order embraces both its physical and moral aspects and both have been established by God as aspects of His one kingdom and both are sustained by His one rule. The stable order of the heavens declares that God’s reign similarly governs the moral order. If this is defied then this contributes to crumbling of the world order where good rules over evil, so that the destiny of the world is left to the godless powers to shape it as they will. The commands and guidelines underlying God’s moral order are given in His word.
